Starkey Headset Group Warranty Services
Wired Headsets - Starkey Headset Group provides a 2 year warranty on all wired headsets, unless a volume discount dictates otherwise and will repair or replace any item that has failed during normal customer use. Abuse, negligence and obvious user damage will negate the warranty.
Bluetooth Headsets - All Starkey Headset Group Bluetooth Headsets are warrantied for one year unless a volume discount dictates otherwise and will repair or replace any item that has failed during normal customer use. Abuse, negligence and obvious user damage will negate the warranty.
Accessories, Amps, Cords - These products will be warrantied for 90 days unless a volume discount dictates otherwise and will repair or replace any item that has failed during normal customer use. Abuse, negligence and obvious user damage will negate the warranty.
